Appointments for workplace injuries, bundled care, and motor vehicle collisions cannot be booked online, please call the clinic.
Initial Assessment: new injuries that have not been assessed at our clinic or that we have not treated in the past 3 months (please call if you are unsure).
Concussion Assessment: assessment of concussion and related symptoms. This assessment is available with Jennifer Harwood PT.
Vestibular Assessment: assessment of vestibular or dizziness symptoms including BPPV and PPPD. This assessment is available with Jennifer Harwood PT.
Follow Up: repeat appointment for symptoms that have been assessed within the last 3 months.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, you must contact the clinic to cancel.

Ashley is a Physiotherapy Resident with Physiotherapy Alliance, working at the Stratford and Mitchell locations. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa before earning her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in Hamilton.
Ashley is passionate about empowering individuals to recover from injury through education and self-management strategies, helping them return to the activities they love. Her clinical interests include orthopaedic conditions, neuro rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Ashley is excited to pursue post-graduate education to further enhance her clinical skills and advance her practice.

Jennifer Harwood
PT, B.Sc.P.T, FCAMPT
Jennifer Harwood is a physiotherapist and the clinical practice leader with Physiotherapy Alliance. She works at the Stratford location. Jennifer graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2000 and from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2003. She has continued her studies taking numerous post-graduate courses in manual, sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy as well as vestibular rehabilitation and intramuscular dry needling. Jennifer has completed her Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy Diploma and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy and a senior instructor with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has also pursued post-graduate education in evidence-based physiotherapy practice and treatment, including osteoarthritic conditions. Jennifer has provided physiotherapy consultation and education to industrial and service sectors and to various community organizations. She has donated her time and skills to provide physiotherapy coverage for numerous local and provincial sporting events. Jennifer is committed to providing evidence-informed, client-centred care to help clients return to the activities they love.

Abbey Hood Tidman
Abbey is a Physiotherapist working at the Stratford location. In 2020, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University, where she then continued on to complete her Master of Professional Kinesiology in 2021. Abbey completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Australia in June of 2024. Abbey’s areas of interest include orthopedic injuries and conditions, as well as sport-related injury, prevention, and return to sport. Abbey is eager to participate in post-graduate education in acupuncture and manual therapy in the near future.
In her free time, Abbey enjoys spending time at her cottage along Lake Huron with friends and family, as well as hiking and camping in the summer months. Abbey takes pleasure in participating in a variety of sports & activities and loves finding new ways to be active!
